TL;DR

Senior Counsel (Legal): Representing manufacturers and corporate clients in high-exposure Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and consumer litigation matters with an accent on Lemon Law defense. Focus on developing compelling case themes, managing full-cycle discovery, and leading trial preparation for complex civil defense cases.

Location: Must be licensed in the State of California. Flexible work options: Remote, hybrid, or onsite (Southern California).

Salary: $160,000 – $190,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies in high-exposure litigation.
  • Independently handle court appearances, depositions, legal briefs, and trials.
  • Manage multi-party, high-value litigation with a focus on Lemon Law defense.
  • Maintain routine communications and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to less experienced attorneys.

Requirements

  • JD from an ABA approved school.
  • Active license with the State Bar of California.
  • 8+ years of solid litigation experience, including deposition and trial preparation.
  • 5+ years of specific experience handling Lemon Law defense matters.
  • 2+ years of experience in CRLA, tenant advocacy, housing litigation, and General Liability defense.
  • Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.
