Software Engineer I (New Grad 2027) (NYC)

Location: Hybrid early-career program with in-person work three days per week in New York City or San Francisco; roles are based in the United States. After the first year, remote or office-based work may be available.

Salary: $130,000–$180,000 annual base pay for New York.

What you will do

• Contribute to team projects and goals with support from experienced engineers.
• Design and implement solutions that interact with multiple software components.
• Write clear, well-tested, extensible code while balancing delivery speed and quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, communicating risks and trade-offs.
• Help protect systems from downtime and participate in team growth and development activities.

Requirements

• Computer science, a related bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to turn simple problems or business scenarios into software solutions.
• Experience navigating large codebases, debugging code, and participating in code reviews.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with a global engineering team.
• Expected graduation in 2027 for the new graduate cohort.
