Senior Manager, Trial Delivery Leader (Clinical Trials)

Location: Remote within the United States; available in all U.S. cities. Travel up to 15–20% may be required based on business needs.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional trial teams and execute end-to-end clinical trial operational plans.
• Own trial delivery, budgets, timelines, quality, milestones, and protocol deviation resolution pathways.
• Identify trial and program risks, develop mitigation and contingency plans, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Ensure compliance with global health authority regulations, guidelines, and internal procedures.
• Prepare for and participate in health authority inspections and internal quality audits.
• Mentor trial management team members and support process improvement and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in life sciences such as biology, chemistry, biochemistry, nursing, or pharmacy.
• At least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries.
• Clinical research operations experience across Phase I–IV studies and the ability to manage all aspects of clinical trial execution.
• Experience leading multiple aspects of a global clinical trial for 2–3 years.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, analytical, financial management, project planning, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in matrixed global environments, leading without authority, mentoring others, and operating with limited supervision.
