Lead Learning Technical Enablement Specialist (AI)

Location: United States

Base salary range: $137,100–$235,750 USD annually, depending on pay zone and candidate-specific factors.

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first learning systems on the Databricks platform.
• Design contextual, in-flow learning experiences triggered by usage patterns, errors, task types, and other work signals.
• Translate pedagogical goals into learner models, skills graphs, progress tracking, adaptive paths, assessments, and feedback loops.
• Partner with UX, content design, engineering, infrastructure, curriculum, education, documentation, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable learning capabilities.
• Develop analytics and predictive signals for learning efficacy, skills attainment, emerging capability gaps, and enablement impact.
• Build personalization, automation, dashboards, reports, and self-service tools for enablement teams and organizational leaders.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in product management, UX-focused product roles, or learning and education platforms.
• End-to-end product ownership experience, including strategy, roadmaps, PRDs, engineering and design collaboration, and shipping user-facing features.
• Experience with learning systems, training platforms, LMS, certification, education analytics, in-product guidance, or knowledge experiences.
• Strong UX instincts and experience creating intuitive flows, information architectures, and content experiences with designers and researchers.
• Ability to define metrics, instrument experiments, and use analytics to understand user behavior, learning outcomes, and skills gaps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts simply.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered learning, adaptive systems, or incorporating LLMs into user workflows.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or data and AI products.
