Senior Global Product Manager (Hardware Machines)

Location: South Jordan, Utah, USA; in-office four days per week. Relocation assistance is available within the United States. Individuals currently living outside the United States are not being considered.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, development, and launch of new and renovated consumer electronics hardware products.
• Create product business plans covering concepts, positioning, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Conduct industry, competitive, qualitative, and quantitative consumer research and turn findings into product decisions.
• Define target consumers, product positioning, benefits, features, and product requirements.
• Coordinate with industrial design, engineering, the China team, quality assurance, creative, channel marketing, and marketing.
• Lead launch gate meetings, track milestones, and manage product performance and ongoing business needs after launch.

Requirements

• Prior experience managing consumer electronics products.
• MBA preferred, or a bachelor's degree with 7+ years of product marketing experience.
• Proven global brand or product management experience, including launching new innovations.
• Strong consumer insights, analytical decision-making, communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to create product strategies, manage detailed execution, and resolve complex challenges in fast-moving environments.
• Must currently be located in the United States and work in the office four days per week.

• MBA degree.
• Experience working in startup-like, fluid, and non-traditional operating environments.
