Forward Deployed Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Based in hirify.global's Presidio office in San Francisco, United States, with frequent travel to customer sites in the US and abroad.

Annual US base salary: $130,000–$220,000 plus equity.

What you will do

• Work directly with partner engineering teams to design, build, and launch products using hirify.global's banking stack.
• Own technical engagements for strategic customers from onboarding through launch.
• Guide customers on architecture, ledgering, reconciliation, and edge cases in money movement.
• Write production-quality code and develop reusable integration components.
• Translate customer patterns into improvements to APIs, documentation, and developer experience.
• Advise customers on building safe, compliant, and resilient financial products, while representing hirify.global in executive and engineering discussions.

Requirements

• Fluency in at least one of Spanish, French, or Russian is required.
• Strong engineering fundamentals, ideally in backend systems, APIs, or infrastructure.
• Product-oriented problem solving and the ability to identify underlying customer needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including explaining complex systems to engineers and executives.
• Executive presence, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple customer engagements.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.

• Experience with payments, banking, or financial infrastructure.
