Electrical Estimator

Location: Remote role available in the United States or Canada, including Tempe, AZ; Ashburn, VA; Bend, OR; Boston, MA; Calgary, AB; Charleston, SC; Denver, CO; Bellevue, WA; and Lansdale, PA.

Salary: $82,000–$130,000 annually, depending on skills, education, and experience.

What you will do

• Analyze external contractor bids to support client value for money.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Evaluate project scopes and cost plans to identify and address gaps.
• Maintain current local rate libraries for estimating work.
• Optimize project costs through budget reviews, value engineering, and accurate estimates.
• Provide estimating expertise and leadership during design and construction while maintaining clear cost documentation and communication.

Requirements

• Progressive experience handling electrical scope and responsibility as an estimator in a construction environment.
• Advanced analytical skills for investigating and interpreting complex technical data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a friendly, dynamic team environment.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines independently.
• Must be located in one of the listed United States or Canadian locations for this remote role.
