Senior Donor Advisor (Florida)

Location: Remote, must be based in Florida, United States; travel up to 50% regionally and nationally, including overnight travel.

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 annually, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus of up to 8%.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 100–125 major donors and prospects.
• Build, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors through personalized engagement strategies.
• Develop fundraising strategies for six- and seven-figure solicitations and grow the major-gift pipeline.
• Partner with chapter leadership, senior executives, and cross-functional colleagues on integrated donor strategies.
• Maintain CRM records, monitor fundraising progress, and use data to inform portfolio decisions.
• Represent the Association at donor meetings, events, community engagements, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; CFRE certification or an advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 7 years of fundraising experience working directly with high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Demonstrated success cultivating, soliciting, and closing six- and seven-figure major gifts.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, listening, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and data-driven portfolio management.
• Must be based in Florida and able to travel up to 50% regionally and nationally.
