What you will do
- Lead a service team supporting a defined Senior Living insurance book of business.
- Participate in renewal and client meetings, presenting results and leading discussions when needed.
- Prepare, submit, and process renewal submissions for insurance market placement.
- Analyze quotes, financial information, claims data, and program structure options.
- Create client presentations with quotes, spreadsheets, contract comparisons, and marketing materials.
- Submit sold business to the insurance market, oversee implementation, and review issued documents for accuracy.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience required.
- State-specific insurance license required.
- Bachelor’s degree required; substantial work experience may substitute for the degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
