Paid Ad Specialist

Location: Remote from Metro Manila or Central Visayas, Philippines; working hours aligned with UK hours; UK public holidays observed

Salary: PHP 80,000 per month, negotiable based on experience

What you will do

• Audit Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and Meta Ads accounts to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
• Design, build, optimize, and scale multi-channel paid advertising strategies aligned with client growth objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, conversion tracking, and product feed configuration.
• Coordinate with web developers on landing pages, tracking implementations, and integrations across WordPress, Shopify, Magento, and Aero.
• Manage client relationships, proposals, performance reporting, escalations, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee junior specialists, distribute workloads, maintain quality standards, and deliver training and department reports.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on paid advertising experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to present to senior client executives.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, Meta Business Suite, and Bing Ads.
• Practical experience with Shopify, WordPress, Magento, and Aero.
• Understanding of international paid search strategy and multi-region campaign deployment.
• Strong data analysis, strategic recommendation, ownership, and stakeholder communication skills.
