Product Specialist and Reliability Engineer II (Mining Equipment)

Location: Hybrid position in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA; approximately 15–20% travel required.

What you will do

• Apply reliability analysis to identify, organize, categorize, and analyze potential product issues from a global perspective.
• Lead product issue resolution and develop escalation procedures for the Product Support shovel and wheel loader team.
• Manage product support cases, technical documentation, knowledge base content, procedures, and processes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and deploy Field Campaigns, local mitigations, and final countermeasures.
• Provide updates on issue tracking, research and development, testing, metrics, countermeasures, and deployment schedules.
• Support regional Service Engineering activities during workload backlogs or absences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Two to three years of experience in reliability engineering, quality engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience with statistical analysis and reliability analysis methods.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical, complex problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with international company representatives and stakeholders across regions.
