Finance Business Partner (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Partner with Core Capital, Private Markets Finance, and Portfolio Management on business plans and forecasts.
• Analyse Core Capital portfolio performance, risk metrics, financial results, variances, and management actions.
• Review and challenge shareholder fund projections and management information.
• Produce traded portfolio projections, commentary, and performance reporting.
• Prepare monthly Core Capital liquidity projections and maintain controls across Finance and asset liability management assumptions.
• Coordinate Institutional Retirement planning, forecasting, Finance Transformation, and wider project activity.

Requirements

• ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualification, or significant relevant professional experience.
• Strong accounting, financial planning and analysis knowledge, including IFRS.
• Experience preparing robust financial information and translating analysis into clear insight.
• Strong analytical, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
• Advanced Excel capability; knowledge of private markets accounting, shareholder fund portfolios, OneStream, or Anaplan is advantageous.
