What you will do
- Review and update production routings and manufacturing methods for aircraft structures.
- Resolve production deviations and nonconformities by proposing technical solutions and conducting root cause analyses.
- Work with production and quality teams on the shop floor, guiding operators and supporting process improvements.
- Prepare and review procedures and technical documentation, and participate in audits.
- Coordinate technical solutions with teams in Sweden and submit proposals for approval.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Production, or Civil Engineering, with relevant professional experience.
- Experience with MRB, including proposing solutions and determining dispositions for nonconformities.
- Experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or technical support for aircraft production.
- Experience with aerostructure assembly, production routings, technical drawings, specifications, and tolerances.
- Experience handling nonconformities and applying root cause analysis tools.
- Advanced English proficiency, plus proficiency in Excel and Word and familiarity with ERP systems.

- Experience developing production routings from scratch.
- Experience presenting technical proposals to international design teams.
