What you will do
- Design and develop backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and orchestration frameworks for digital measurement and AI-enabled products.
- Build production systems for data ingestion, feature processing, algorithm execution, model deployment, and machine learning workflow automation.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, machine learning engineers, architects, data science, and product teams to turn advanced algorithms into scalable systems.
- Develop platforms capable of processing complex, high-dimensional data and supporting machine learning workloads at scale.
- Improve the performance, scalability, reliability, and efficiency of backend systems and production workflows.
- Guide testing and validation, contribute to engineering standards and code reviews, and mentor engineers as a hands-on technical contributor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, information systems, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience designing, building, and supporting production-grade backend systems, distributed applications, data pipelines, and machine learning deployment environments.
- Experience building APIs, backend services, workflow orchestration systems, and scalable data processing applications.
- Programming experience with Python, Java, C++, or an equivalent language.
- Experience deploying and supporting machine learning, data processing, and analytics workloads in production, including cloud-native architectures and Kubernetes environments.
- Experience with CI/CD, software testing, monitoring, observability, performance optimization, large-scale production systems, and cross-functional engineering collaboration.
