What you will do
- Perform data engineering tasks and onboard new data sources into supported cybersecurity analytics platforms.
- Process incident tickets according to defined support procedures.
- Execute periodic service reviews and monitor performance, availability, and other operational issues.
- Perform routine system maintenance and address recurring problems through improvements to tools and techniques.
- Identify inaccurate support documentation and assist with updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a physical science; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Less than two years of experience in cybersecurity, data engineering or data pipelining, programming, and Linux.
- Experience or knowledge of Python, Java, C, or C++.
- Basic understanding of network infrastructure and cybersecurity tools.
- Strong technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork.
- English is required for the application and motivational letter.
Nice to have
- Experience with CrowdStrike NG SIEM or Apache NiFi.
- Experience analyzing petabyte-scale data.
