Salary: $170,000–$230,000 base salary annually

What you will do

• Translate client goals into strategic, performance-focused media solutions across channels.
• Lead strategic planning, quarterly recommendations, campaign reporting, attribution modeling, and media optimization.
• Oversee Business Solutions operations, client deliverables, agency revenue, profitability, contracts, and staffing plans.
• Build senior client relationships, manage expectations, and provide trusted strategic guidance.
• Lead, coach, and develop media professionals while supporting staffing, performance feedback, and career growth.
• Track industry trends and apply new insights to client and internal business solutions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Advanced knowledge of analytics and performance media.
• Strong leadership and people-management experience, including developing media professionals.
• Experience in client relationship management and presenting ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and media research and reporting resources.
