What you will do

• Support the annual marketing plan to increase visitor numbers, retailer performance, and customer engagement.
• Coordinate centre events and marketing campaigns with agencies, retailers, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with social media, website content, event promotion, seasonal campaigns, and key retail dates.
• Manage on-site print requirements and marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines.
• Build relationships with retailers and local stakeholders to promote the centre and improve the visitor experience.
• Monitor campaign performance and report on ROI, footfall, and other key metrics.

Requirements

• Experience or a strong interest in marketing, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva and understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with close attention to detail and effective troubleshooting skills.
• Collaborative working style, initiative, and strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn, develop, and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
