Sr Mgr, PD Engineering (Product Development)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Product Development team in Monterrey.
• Drive construction toy product development from concept through production launch.
• Translate product concepts into manufacturable solutions with Design, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing partners.
• Establish product development processes, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to resolve technical challenges and deliver projects on time.
• Support tooling development, production readiness, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and compliance with quality and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in product development, engineering, or technical project management in toys, consumer products, or related industries.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of product development, plastic part design, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading products from concept through production, with strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and verbal.
