Sr Fabrication Product Engineer

Location: Onsite in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico

What you will do

• Optimize assembly methods, production processes, equipment, and materials to support quality, efficiency, cost, safety, and production targets.
• Define working-phase sequences for new production processes within product cost and equipment investment targets.
• Determine process validation needs, develop analysis plans and criteria, execute validation activities, and complete final acceptance.
• Support manufacturability activities in NPI and Advanced Technology programs.
• Collaborate on process capability assessments, layouts, tooling and equipment development, and QMS design transfer.
• Lead or support NPI and transfer programs while maintaining manufacturing master data integrity and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience as a Fabrication, Manufacturing, Process, or Production Engineer in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Creo, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Strong capabilities in continuous improvement, problem-solving, operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and productivity improvement.
• Ability to work onsite in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico.
