hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Manage and develop relationships with manufacturing clients.
• Support clients with funding needs and financial planning objectives.
• Lead audit and assurance engagements using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Develop, mentor, and oversee client engagement teams.
• Monitor engagement budgets and deadlines, and communicate progress, facts, conclusions, and recommendations to the engagement principal.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of public accounting experience, including financial statement preparation and audits.
• CPA license certification required.
• Experience leading high-performing teams.
• Experience managing governmental audits and Single audits is strongly preferred.
