Senior Delivery Director (Energy Storage)

What you will do

• Lead the regional Projects organization to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within scope, and at or above expected margins.
• Own project delivery outcomes from sales contract handoff through commissioning, COD, and Final Completion.
• Establish project governance, risk management, change control, escalation protocols, and standardized delivery practices.
• Own project portfolio financial performance, including revenue forecasting, margin delivery, cash flow management, and change order governance.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Services, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure commitments are clearly scoped and executable.
• Lead executive reviews, track project KPIs, and use data and lessons learned to improve delivery processes and operating models.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in large-scale project delivery, construction, EPC, or infrastructure execution.
• Experience in energy, renewables, grid infrastructure, or technology-enabled industrial environments.
• Proven ownership of project P&L, including revenue forecasting, margin delivery, cash flow management, and change order governance.
• Experience leading complex, multi-site organizations across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Strong understanding of energy storage systems, power systems, and large-scale infrastructure project lifecycles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field required.
