Engagement Manager, Professional Services (d/f/m)

What you will do

• Define and build custom digital ecosystems beyond the core platform, including headless websites, third-party integrations, and custom scripts.
• Scope projects and clarify the boundaries between the core product, marketplace solutions, and custom development.
• Lead delivery engagements by managing project plans, timelines, resources, stakeholders, risks, budgets, and quality.
• Draft statements of work and change orders while managing target margins, billable utilization, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to shape the roadmap based on customer delivery experience.
• Convert customer deployments into repeatable implementation playbooks and marketplace applications.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical project management or engagement management within professional services, consulting, or client delivery.
• Experience authoring technical scope documents and statements of work, managing change orders, and leading multiple concurrent enterprise projects.
• Strong client-facing presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust with executive and technical stakeholders.
• High proficiency with modern project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or SmartSheet.
• Familiarity with headless website architectures, APIs, third-party integrations, and web scripts.
