Technician-Rental Services (HVAC)

Location: Litchfield Park, Arizona, United States; field-based work at customer locations

Salary: $18.09–$54.26 per hour

What you will do

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and refurbish commercial HVAC rental equipment at the Service Center.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues and complete corrective actions.
• Support equipment startup, commissioning, operational testing, shipment preparation, and return processing.
• Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and movement of equipment using powered industrial vehicles.
• Support installation, startup, teardown, and repairs at customer job sites as needed.
• Document service activity, coordinate equipment readiness with operations teams, and participate in on-call support.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of commercial HVAC experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
• Mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld computers.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work at customer sites, work overtime, travel overnight occasionally, and participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation.
