SailPoint Delivery Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery for SailPoint implementation and advisory engagements.
• Manage multiple customer projects, including scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, and quality.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and provide executive-level updates on project health and delivery performance.
• Partner with Sales, Account, Resource Management, Customer Success, and Delivery Leadership teams on planning, staffing, adoption, and account growth.
• Monitor financial performance, profitability, utilization, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive delivery process improvements, issue resolution, escalation management, team mentoring, and professional development.

Requirements

• Must be located in the USA for this remote role.
• 5+ years of experience in software, SaaS, cybersecurity, IAM, or consulting organizations.
• 3+ years of project management, delivery management, or professional services leadership experience.
• Experience managing enterprise software implementations or consulting engagements, including budgets, schedules, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong customer-facing communication, leadership, mentoring, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency is required. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, IdentityIQ, IAM, or IGA solutions.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity, identity governance, or cloud transformation programs.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, ITIL, CISSP, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with SaaS delivery, professional services operations, customer success, resource planning, or services profitability.
• Experience with enterprise customers in banking, financial services, insurance, government, healthcare, or education.
