Senior Client Success Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic clients and build relationships with HR decision-makers and business leaders.
• Develop communication and engagement strategies to increase member utilization of RethinkCare tools and services.
• Monitor utilization trends, interpret data, and create action plans to improve client outcomes.
• Resolve complex client inquiries and coordinate issue resolution with product, operations, consulting BCBA, and other internal teams.
• Lead monthly meetings, quarterly or annual strategy sessions, contract renewals, and communication initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners while communicating client status, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience working directly with clients, including HR departments, brokers, consultants, vendors, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong customer service, communication, prioritization, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex situations through resolution and work effectively within a client success team.
• Ability to analyze data and present program impact to clients.
• Must reside in one of the listed US states to qualify for the remote role.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Gainsight, and other client support systems.
