SailPoint Delivery Manager (Contract)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery for SailPoint implementation and advisory engagements.
• Manage multiple customer projects, including scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, and quality.
• Act as the primary customer contact for project status, escalations, executive updates, and satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales, Account teams, Resource Management, Customer Success, and Delivery Leadership on scoping, staffing, adoption, and long-term outcomes.
• Monitor financial performance, profitability, utilization, productivity, and delivery metrics.
• Improve delivery governance and operational practices while mentoring and coaching team members.

Requirements

• Must be located in the USA.
• 5+ years of experience in a software, SaaS, cybersecurity, IAM, or consulting organization.
• 3+ years of project management, delivery management, or professional services leadership experience.
• Experience managing enterprise software implementation or consulting engagements and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong customer-facing, executive stakeholder, leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• English language proficiency and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field are required or preferred respectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, IdentityIQ, IAM, IGA, provisioning, access management, or RBAC.
• Experience managing cybersecurity, identity governance, or cloud transformation programs.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, ITIL, CISSP, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with enterprise customers in regulated industries and with SaaS delivery or professional services operations.
• Experience leading distributed or global delivery teams.
