Senior Implementation Specialist

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid with in-person work 3 days a week and residence within commuting distance of a hirify.global hub required

hirify.global is a travel and spend management platform that automates travel bookings, expenses, invoice processing, and related administrative work for more than 12,000 companies.

What you will do

• Own the onboarding, implementation timeline, rollout plan, and successful adoption of Enterprise customers.
• Gather client requirements and provide consultative, data-driven recommendations for account configuration and long-term adoption.
• Configure customer accounts, support integrations, troubleshoot issues, and guide marketplace partner and custom API setups.
• Lead change management, tailored customer training, executive-level enablement, and company-wide user education.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Finance to deliver full customer ramp-up.
• Monitor booking behaviour after launch, improve implementation processes, support pre-sales, and mentor colleagues.

Requirements

• Proven success as an Implementation Specialist working with Enterprise clients.
• Experience managing complex international projects in a fast-paced environment, including scope definition and changing requirements.
• Ability to work with C-level stakeholders and build relationships with internal and external audiences.
• Strong communication, organisation, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Technical understanding of integrations and open APIs, with the ability to learn new tools and concepts quickly.
• English is the official language at the office; an English resume is required for applications.
