Deputy Program Manager & OSINT Expert

Location: McLean, Virginia, USA; remote work is available, with occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility possible.

Salary: $99,000–$225,000 annualized USD

What you will do

• Develop language-enabled open source intelligence solutions and support military intelligence programs.
• Lead a team using data science, automated workflows, and advanced analytics to process metadata and content.
• Guide qualitative and quantitative analysis of complex, multi-variable data to identify patterns, correlations, and potential future events.
• Plan and implement open source intelligence analysis and deliver findings to decision-makers.
• Manage the delivery of intelligence products and mentor others in discovery tradecraft and open-source research.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with open source and publicly available information.
• Experience with managed attribution research capabilities and intelligence product delivery.
• Experience conducting open source research and analysis using operational security tradecraft.
• TS/SCI clearance is required, with eligibility for access to classified information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies.

Nice to have

• Experience directly supporting military intelligence customers.
• Experience with advanced analytic capabilities using AI/ML.
• Ability to speak, read, or write in a foreign language.
