Production Engineer (Lean)

What you will do

• Analyze production and intercompany supplier processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities using Lean principles.
• Map current processes, define Future State Maps, and establish performance KPIs.
• Develop reports and dashboards and analyze KPI performance.
• Plan and coordinate process improvement projects while monitoring progress and results.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and intercompany suppliers to implement and standardize solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Management Engineering.
• Graduate profile with 0 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of Italian is required.
• Based in or able to work from Cadoneghe, Padova, Italy.
