Product Engineer - Electronic - Temporary

Location: Frosinone, Italy; onsite

Minimum annual salary: €36,000; eligible for a company productivity bonus.

What you will do

• Engineer products during development and active-product technical improvement.
• Lead product lifecycle projects and coordinate multi-location, cross-functional teams.
• Manage project costs, schedules, work packages, requirements, interdependencies, risks, and change requests.
• Manage product changes and customer customizations through the hirify.global gate model through release for sales.
• Work with agile teams, operations, sales, business units, and external resources to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Transfer new products to operations with drawings, bills of materials, work instructions, spare-parts lists, and product manuals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, equivalent to five years of study.
• Solid understanding of electronic manufacturing technologies.
• Experience with PLM systems such as Windchill, SAP, Microsoft Office, and 2D/3D CAD tools.
• Excellent English and the ability to communicate in Italian and English are required.
• Strong interpersonal, multitasking, project coordination, and professional communication skills.
