What you will do

• Build, lead, and scale the Data Engineering team, including hiring, performance management, and technical development.
• Define the data platform strategy and architecture across data warehousing, ingestion, transformation, streaming, and serving layers.
• Apply AI and LLMs to pipeline development, data quality, anomaly detection, schema management, and natural-language data exploration.
• Own marketing data infrastructure for attribution, segmentation, campaign optimization, and real-time growth analytics.
• Build low-latency streaming infrastructure for trading, payments, and risk-critical workloads.
• Establish standards for data quality, lineage, observability, SLAs, governance, and self-service access.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and managing robust data warehouse architectures.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of engineers and analysts.
• Deep knowledge of ClickHouse, dbt, and modern data engineering practices.
• Understanding of marketing technology and analytics automation for growth.
• Practical interest in applying AI and LLMs to analytical and operational workflows.
• Experience in or strong passion for the crypto or fintech industry.
