What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for complex, niche, and high-impact roles.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Source, engage, interview, and assess active and passive candidates through multiple channels.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, hiring recommendations, and candidate support throughout the process.
• Negotiate offers, close candidates, and ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and contribute to employer branding, inclusive hiring, and process improvement projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across EMEA regions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with competency-based interviewing, ATS, and sourcing platforms.
• Ability to manage high-volume requisitions and influence internal customers and hiring stakeholders.
