We’re looking for a Growth Operations Manager to join an international performance marketing company.
The main goal of the role is simple: open and activate new corporate advertising accounts across major platforms such as Taboola, Microsoft/Bing, Outbrain and others.
You’ll be responsible for the whole process:
— finding the right contacts at advertising platforms
— building relationships with Account Managers & BD teams
— managing onboarding and account-opening requirements
— coordinating Legal, Finance, Tech and Media Buying
— getting accounts approved, funded and ready for media buying
You’ll work across Americas, EMEA & APAC and manage multiple onboarding processes at the same time.
We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, autonomous and persistent - someone who follows up, solves problems and doesn’t let processes get stuck.
Experience in ad tech, affiliate/performance marketing, advertising operations or B2B partnerships is a strong plus.
