Software Quality Assurance Lead (EMEA)

Location: Remote across EMEA

What you will do

• Analyze PRDs, user stories, and Persona documentation to identify and map end-to-end user workflows.
• Create flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, BPMN maps, and other visual representations of system journeys.
• Design test plans and cases covering happy paths, edge cases, failures, role-based variations, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Perform manual and applicable automated testing across systems, integrations, environments, browsers, devices, and permission levels.
• Track defects, validate fixes, maintain traceability, and report workflow coverage and quality risks.
• Improve workflow test coverage and collaborate with automation engineers on reusable regression scenarios.

Requirements

• Professional experience in QA or software testing, preferably focused on process and workflow testing.
• Ability to interpret PRDs, user stories, and Persona documents and convert them into structured test scenarios.
• Experience with process-mapping tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, Visio, or BPMN tools.
• Knowledge of boundary testing, equivalence partitioning, and scenario-based test design.
• Familiarity with test-management tools such as Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow or BPM engines such as Camunda or Pega.
• Basic knowledge of API testing or Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience creating AI-based test automation.
