Senior QA Lead (QA Automation)

What you will do

• Plan and conduct testing of product software systems, subsystems, components, and complete solutions.
• Perform manual functional, regression, volume, performance, reliability, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Create, maintain, and enhance reusable automated test suites and test scripts using automation tools.
• Coordinate cross-team testing activities, estimate work, track sprint commitments, and report execution metrics to management.
• Install and configure hardware and software test environments, including physical and virtual labs.
• Track defects through resolution, support debugging and troubleshooting, and contribute to technical documentation and customer training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of software testing experience, including enterprise software or firmware testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing concepts, methodologies, functional and integration test case development, and requirements-based coverage.
• Experience identifying, debugging, documenting, and clearly communicating software defects.
• Experience with Zephyr, JIRA, PractiTest, Selenium, and Robot Framework.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, mentoring, initiative, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
