Spare Part Administrator

What you will do

• Manage customer requests about spare-parts pricing, availability, and order processing.
• Prepare and follow up on offers in ERP systems or through web services.
• Process orders and confirmations, monitor backlogs, and follow deliveries to support on-time, in-full fulfilment.
• Coordinate logistics according to customer and country requirements and work with Finance on payment terms.
• Handle returns, claims, and non-conformity issues with the relevant teams.
• Maintain customer data, contribute to reporting and customer reviews, and support SSO activities.

Requirements

• Relevant upper-secondary education or a college degree in trade, languages, logistics, or information technology.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Understanding of trade, supply, industrial retail, order management, or logistics.
• Confidence using Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to organize competing requests, work independently under pressure, and collaborate with a customer-focused mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with spare parts.
• SAP knowledge.
• Logistics certification.
• Additional language skills.
