Project Professional (Air Quality)

Location: Hybrid role based in Sandy Springs, Georgia, USA, with a flexible in-office/remote schedule

Annual salary: $80,000–$95,000

What you will do

• Prepare air quality permitting applications, compliance reports, emissions inventories, and other regulatory deliverables.
• Apply air quality regulations, perform emissions calculations, interpret environmental requirements, and support industrial and commercial client projects.
• Review calculations, reports, and permit applications for accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams across multiple concurrent projects.
• Build relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders through responsive communication and technical guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a related scientific discipline.
• 2–4 years of air quality consulting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and time and expense tracking software.
• Basic understanding of regulations relevant to client projects and operations.
• Ability to navigate regulatory websites and databases.
• Strong ethics, communication, time management, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills; less than 25% travel.
