Vulnerability Manager (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $49,996.80–$290,004.00 per year

What you will do

• Analyze cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and emerging security risks affecting enterprise systems and networks.
• Assess and prioritize CVEs based on threat activity, severity, exploitability, and operational impact.
• Recommend and track vulnerability mitigation and remediation actions for systems, applications, and networks.
• Analyze vulnerability and configuration data to identify systemic security issues and support risk and impact assessments.
• Document and escalate cybersecurity incidents, including operational impact and recommended mitigation actions.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and communication to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• US citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Full-Scope Polygraph are required.
• Four years of demonstrated Vulnerability Manager experience, or two years of experience plus a technical bachelor's degree.
• Two years of technical reporting experience.
• Two years of network and threat analysis experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level I or II certification.
• CE certification and completion of Splunk Fundamentals I.
