What you will do
- Lead the Cyber Threat Intelligence function, set analytical standards, manage workload, and oversee the quality of CTI products.
- Identify and assess cyber threats to enterprise computing infrastructure across classified, open-source, and technical intelligence streams.
- Manage Prioritized Intelligence Requirements and align collection and production efforts with critical information needs.
- Produce and disseminate classified threat briefings, assessments, warning products, and PIR responses for strategic and tactical audiences.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and coordinate with SOC, incident response, and threat hunting teams to improve detection and response.
- Maintain production standards, analytical procedures, team training compliance, and classified information handling protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in intelligence, political science, computer science, information security, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7–10 years of intelligence-related experience focused on cyber threat analysis and finished intelligence production.
- Demonstrated experience in Threat/Warning Analysis and All-Source Analysis, including NICE AN-TWA-001 and AN-ASA-001 competencies.
- Experience leading a CTI team or intelligence production function and applying structured analytic tradecraft.
- Active Final Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
- Must work onsite within a government-controlled secure facility.
Nice to have
- GCTI, CISM, CISSP, CySA+, or an equivalent senior intelligence or security credential.
- Intelligence Community experience in cyber-focused all-source or warning analysis.
- Experience with nation-state adversary tracking, geopolitical threat analysis, TIPs, FISMA, or NIST SP 800 series.
- Experience building or maturing a CTI function from early capability to full production maturity.
