Frontend Developer, Intermediate (Angular)

Location: Remote within Canada; the role is associated with Toronto, Ontario.

Salary: CAD 90,000–100,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build and maintain user-facing features for the Clinical Intelligence platform.
• Shape responsive, performant, and scalable UI approaches, milestones, and solution designs.
• Develop Angular components and modules, unit tests, documentation, and defect fixes.
• Lead Angular front-end architecture discussions and mentor developers on best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, client meetings, and collaborative problem analysis.
• Contribute to technical processes, architecture, coding standards, and strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with Angular, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Git.
• In-depth understanding of Angular concepts including state management, observables, interceptors, and routing.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with agile and Scrum processes, technical communication, and documentation.
• Experience with unit testing and tools such as Jasmine/Karma; familiarity with REST APIs, Figma, Jira, GitLab, Azure, Bootstrap, Cordova, or Ionic is useful.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, networking, healthcare systems, or HL7/FHIR is useful but not required.

• Experience in the healthcare or technology industry.
• Knowledge of HL7/FHIR and healthcare data workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and networking.
