What you will do

• Map customer business processes, requirements, and challenges.
• Translate business needs into requirements, solution designs, and prioritized development initiatives.
• Lead data, analytics, and AI engagements from ideation through production, including implementation and scaling.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, architects, and AI specialists to deliver solutions and develop methods, templates, and accelerators.
• Evaluate build, buy, and partner strategies while managing customer relationships, proposals, and sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Higher education in industrial economics, business analytics, data science, or a related field.
• Solid experience in technology, technology advisory, system development, management consulting, or a similar area.
• Strong understanding of data, analytics, AI, and how technology creates business value.
• Business-oriented approach with the ability to contribute to sales activities.
• Professional English and strong communication skills for working with C-level stakeholders.
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in customer projects.
