Store Manager (Melbourne)

What you will do

• Lead the first hirify.global store in Australia and own sales, KPIs, profitability, reporting, and operational standards.
• Work with headquarters on retail strategy, priorities, and performance analysis.
• Recruit, lead, train, coach, and develop the retail team while building a proactive and responsible culture.
• Deliver a premium customer experience, use clienteling to build loyalty, and communicate the brand's products and sustainability mission.
• Oversee stock, visual merchandising, in-store activations, store organization, and performance reporting.
• Represent hirify.global in Australia and provide market feedback to shape retail strategy and innovation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in premium or fashion retail.
• Strong leadership skills and a record of developing people.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to turn data into action.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, sales, KPI, and customer-service skills.
• Experience with CRM and clienteling strategies.
• Fluent English required; the role is based in Melbourne, Australia.
