Regional Sales Manager Scotland

What you will do

• Lead regional sales across wholesalers, supplier partners, and key customers in Scotland.
• Translate brand plans into localized market strategies and deliver Free Trade objectives.
• Manage the regional P&L, territory budget process, commercial plan, and call strategy.
• Build profitable customer accounts, improve retention, secure new business, and maximize venue partnership opportunities.
• Coach and develop Sales Development Managers while building individual and collective team capability.
• Partner with other functions to improve supply chain effectiveness, cost to serve, and regional brand execution.

Requirements

• Experience in an FMCG sales environment, including account management and new business.
• Strong business acumen and high-level negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills based on values, trust, and reliability.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Relevant qualifications or active study toward relevant qualifications, or equivalent experience.
