What you will do
- Lead and coordinate global pre-employment and onboarding activities from candidate acceptance through employee start.
- Provide functional leadership and day-to-day oversight to Regional Onboarding Coordinators.
- Establish global onboarding standards, procedures, service levels, and process documentation.
- Manage background screening, employment verification, drug testing, right-to-work verification, compliance documentation, and onboarding communications.
- Monitor onboarding metrics, identify risks and bottlenecks, and lead process transformation and ATS optimization initiatives.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Global Mobility, Global Vetting, hiring managers, and HR technology teams.
Requirements
- Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant experience in onboarding, recruiting operations, talent acquisition operations, HR operations, or related functions.
- Experience leading projects, processes, or coordination across multiple regions.
- Experience managing background screening, employment verification, drug testing, right-to-work verification, and onboarding programs.
- Experience with ATS and HR technology platforms, along with strong stakeholder management, leadership, and change management skills.
- Experience supporting regional or global onboarding processes.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workable, Workday, or comparable HR technology platforms.
- Knowledge of global onboarding documentation, right-to-work requirements, pre-employment screening practices, and employment legislation.
- Experience working with external screening and vetting providers.
