PMO Lead (IT Transition)

Location: Hampshire Area, United Kingdom; onsite 5 days per week. The listing header also references Paris La Défense. Right to work in the United Kingdom and eligibility for applicable UK Government and contractual personnel security and residency requirements are required.

What you will do

• Establish and operate the PMO operating model, governance, processes, tools, and standards.
• Maintain integrated programme plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Support Programme Boards, Steering Committees, and client governance forums.
• Own RAID, risk, issue, financial, quality assurance, stage-gate, and deliverable tracking processes.
• Produce management information, dashboards, reports, and governance packs for senior leaders and clients.
• Support transition readiness, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and the evolution of the PMO for the ongoing IT Change portfolio.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a PMO Lead, PMO Manager, or Senior PMO Analyst.
• Experience establishing and operating PMO functions in complex IT environments.
• Experience with IT Transition, transformation, outsourcing, or managed service programmes.
• Strong programme governance, planning, reporting, risk, financial management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with programme planning or PPM tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Jira, ServiceNow, Planview, or equivalent.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom and meet applicable security and residency requirements.

Nice to have

• MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, P3O, MoP, or ITIL qualifications.
• Experience in government, defence, regulated, or security-conscious environments.
