Expert Azure Data Engineer (with Databricks)

What you will do

• Build and optimize data pipelines with Databricks, PySpark, and dbt.
• Use SQL and Azure Synapse to store, manage, and transform large datasets.
• Implement and troubleshoot CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps YAML pipelines.
• Create Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and business stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance while supporting junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and proven hands-on experience.
• Experience with Databricks, SQL, Azure DevOps YAML, dbt, PySpark, Azure Synapse, and Power BI.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Portuguese and English language skills are required.
• Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal.
