What you will do

• Partner with senior go-to-market leaders to design and execute revenue transformation strategies using hirify.global’s AI Operating System.
• Map customer processes to AI-driven workflows that produce measurable revenue outcomes.
• Lead adoption and change-management initiatives that embed hirify.global into daily team operations.
• Use data-driven insights to quantify business outcomes, ROI, and customer value.
• Own renewal strategy and execution while identifying expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and executive stakeholders throughout the customer journey.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience building relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders and leading value and ROI discussions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven approach focused on measurable customer outcomes.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to work effectively in high-paced, changing, and ambiguous environments.
