What you will do

• Evolve the Code of Conduct and lead global rollout communications and training.
• Oversee mandatory compliance learning modules, governance, exemptions, completion monitoring, and onboarding learning.
• Design and deploy global compliance learning programs using adult learning, instructional design, scenario-based content, microlearning, and effectiveness measurement.
• Drive the global Ethics & Business Integrity communications strategy and manage principles, procedures, and document lifecycles.
• Use AI and advanced learning analytics to personalize learning, identify knowledge gaps, target remediation, and measure impact.
• Oversee conflict-of-interest and disclosure programs, align learning priorities with enterprise risks, and lead a global team.

Requirements

• Experience leading global compliance principles and learning programs in healthcare, life sciences, or another highly regulated industry.
• Deep knowledge of bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest, fraud, and industry codes.
• Expertise in adult learning, instructional design, LMS administration, and assessment analytics.
• Experience applying AI tools to compliance learning, including content generation, automation, and data-driven personalization.
• Ability to influence senior executives and collaborate across functions in a complex global matrix organization.
• 10–12 years of experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or compliance; a bachelor’s degree is required.
