Digital Designer / Retoucher (AI)

Location: London, England, United Kingdom; predominantly remote with 1–2 days in the office per week

What you will do

• Create and enhance imagery using AI tools, including proprietary tools and emerging technologies.
• Deliver premium-quality retouching for multiple clients and diverse brands.
• Art direct and prompt AI imagery, refining composition, props, tone, and lighting.
• Maintain organised file management and efficient workflows across high volumes of assets.
• Collaborate with creatives and technologists to solve production problems and improve processes.
• Share retouching and AI best practices with the wider team.

Requirements

• Experience in a creative or digital agency environment, working at pace and volume.
• Deep retouching expertise, including advanced Photoshop skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong technical knowledge of image editing, compositing, and colour management.
• Strong understanding of photography, lighting, and composition.
• Confidence using AI image tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, and Runway.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, precision, and adaptability.
