Senior IT Automation Tester (Python + Robot)

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Łódź, Poland, with 60% office presence

Salary: Up to 120 PLN/h

What you will do

• Work in a Scrum team with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Test and validate microservices in payment flows, including REST APIs, Kafka, and databases.
• Analyze requirements from a testing perspective and plan, design, and execute test cases.
• Build and maintain automated test suites using Python and Robot Framework.
• Provide detailed test results and contribute to quality reporting and organizational quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience with RESTful API testing tools and methodologies.
• Strong Python programming skills for test development and hands-on Robot Framework automation experience.
• Solid experience testing databases, Kafka, and XML/JSON data formats.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• ISTQB Foundation Level knowledge or equivalent practical experience, with a strong understanding of manual and automated QA processes.
• Fluent English communication skills, spoken and written.
